We are very excited to announce that Novus Apartments and the Moxy and Residence Inn have been shortlisted within the Development of the Year category at this year’s Thames Valley Property Awards.

Winners will be announced at a gala evening of celebrations at Ascot Racecourse, planned for 9th December.
Successful entrants were required to demonstrate the many attributes of their entry, while showcasing the positive impact that their development will have on the wider Thames Valley.

The awards are the leading commercial property event in the region, recognising the contributions of property agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers to the success of the sector.

Novus Apartments forms part of the former library site in Slough, which has been transformed into a new, £47 million mixed-use development, delivering a hub of residential, retail and leisure, right in the heart of the town.
